Shady Shores Chamber of Commerce

The Lake Cities Chamber of Commerce is made up of 4 different cities that border each other, Shady Shores, Corinth, Lake Dallas and Hickory Creek.

Shady Shores is located lakeside between Denton, Corinth, and Lake Dallas. With a population of nearly 3,000, Shady Shores covers about 3 square miles. Incorporated in 1960, Shady Shores was once known as a fishing village. Today visitors and residents to Shady Shores can enjoy a picnic at the Town Hall gardens, walking paths on USACE property, Small Aircraft flying from the Hidden Valley Airpark or enjoy the only free boat ramp on Lake Lewisville. With its abundant heritage trees, Shady Shores is also home to natural wildlife such as deer, birds, and more.
